Covers and verso pages scanned at 600 dpi (24-bit color) on a Epson Expression 10000XL as a tif format. File scanned at 600 dpi (24-bit color) using Capture Perfect 3.1 on a Canon DR-9080C in TIFF format. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015 version) was used for pdf compression and textual OCR.
