Thomas Hartzwell Lucas poses as an older man with a white beard and glasses. Thomas is the son-in-law of Elijah and Margaret Davidson and traveled from Monmouth, Illinois, on the first wagon train in 1850 to what is now Monmouth, Oregon. Photograph is undated.
