Abstract
This analysis is based on a company, Lockheed-Martin, and a crisis they were facing; and how this company dealt with that crisis. It analyzes much of the company’s history, organizational structure, and the culture of the company. Next the crisis is analyzed in comparison to concepts in organizational behavior. Another analytical point is how Lockheed Martin should move forward in dealing with the crisis according to these concepts.
