May Queen Myrtle Clayville sits to the right surrounded by her court dressed in Elizabethan costumes to celebrate the Tercentenary of William Shakespeare's death under the May Court Canopy.

Students in photograph (no particular order): Maids of honor Laura Bell, Isabel Garland, Opal Bretz, and Ellen Jackson; Glenn Work dressed as William Shakespeare, Chad Newhouse dressed as Sir Walter Raleigh, and two children as pages, Neil Moreland and Teddy Graham.\

Chant written on the back of the photograph: "All hail to thee, your majesty, All hail to thee we sing, We trip along with journal song and make Queen Myrtle Clayville the welcoming."
