Abstract

Presentation of a 10 week progressive exercise program involving strength and cardiovascular training of a college aged female client. Prepared with input from the client on short and long term goals. Discussion of the research based evidence and metabolic calculations involved in the development of the program. Follow-up on specific progression she has made in both diet and physical fitness.
