Abstract

Presentation on the process of exercise testing and prescription for a client who desires to gain upper body strength. Subjects covered: heath forms, pre assessment risk stratification, goal establishment, assessment, programming, physiological justification, and evaluation. Specific detail will be given about each step of the proper training progression. Areas covered will help potential physical trainers gain knowledge of the process and allow the client reach their goal safely and effectively.
