Abstract

Presentation on an exercise and nutrition plan for a 23 year old college age female. The client was a 23 year old female who was a currently physically active rugby player. Her main objectives involved increasing her strength and cardiovascular fitness. Several questionnaires and a variety of pre-assessments such as body composition, fat percentage, VO2 max, 1RM strength, and cardiovascular endurance took place prior to the creation of the workout and nutrition plan. At the end of testing, a realistic and adjustable work-out plan and nutrition guideline was made for the client.
