Abstract

Students from BA361D Organizational Behavior conducted an organizational analysis of Hewlett Packard focusing on HP's negative public image and financial crisis resulting from the controversial acquisition of Autonomy corporation. The students studied HP's organizational culture and applied the principles of knowledge management and Kotter's eight steps in managing complex change to develop recommendations for Hewlett Packard.
