This marketing plan is established after my research of Medifast, Inc. It consists of external analysis of the weight loss industry in the United State, the macro-environment of demographic, economic, technological, and legal factors that are impacting the market, the competitive analysis of the company’s top competitors, the internal analysis of the company, the study of the home delivery weight loss market, and the future marketing strategy for Medifast, Inc.
