Abstract

The singled out game involves two or more players guessing the outcome of a flip of a coin. For each correct guess a player receives one point, and for each incorrect guess a player receives no points. The object of the game is to be the first player to get n points. The interesting feature of the game is that players announce their guesses aloud and in a fixed order throughout the game. We will look at the second and third player games and determine whether the second and third players have an advantage.
