Abstract

This talk is to provide a deeper understanding of the effects of CO2 on the environment and the causes of global warming. Global warming and the interaction of CO2 with our environment is a divisive topic today, but many people do not know the basics behind it. The presentation will illustrate the information required to make an enlightened stance on the subject of global warming. The following will provide a brief informative speech addressing the history of CO2, the effects of CO2 on the environment, the basics of CO2 and its chemical attributes that make it such a problem, and the technologies being developed to help reduce and control it.
